1. INSPECT RELAY (Marking: FAN NO. 1, FAN NO. 3)

INSPECT RELAY (Marking: FAN NO. 1, FAN NO. 3)


(a) Measure the resistance of the relay.

Standard:

INSPECT RELAY (Marking: FAN NO. 1, FAN NO. 3)


If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.

2. INSPECT RELAY (Making: FAN NO. 2)

INSPECT RELAY (Making: FAN NO. 2)


(a) Measure the resistance of the relay.

Standard:

INSPECT RELAY (Making: FAN NO. 2)


If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.

3. INSPECT ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

 INSPECT ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR


(a) Measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 2.

Standard:

 INSPECT ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR


If the result is not as specified, replace the sensor.

NOTICE: When checking the ECT sensor in the water, the terminals should be kept dry. After the check, dry the sensor.
